These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoShot — the website, web application, and Telegram bot (together, the "Service") — operated by Hristo Lilkin ("we", "us", "our"), an individual based in Bulgaria currently operating as a sole trader. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using AutoShot, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
AutoShot lets you upload photos of vehicles and uses third-party AI image-generation technology to replace the background with a studio backdrop. Output images are generated by AI, may vary in quality, and may not always be accurate or suitable for your purposes — you are responsible for reviewing results before using them.
Processing an image consumes credits. Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or via subscription, as described on our pricing page, and are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your payment card details.
Prices are shown at checkout. All purchases are final once the credits are used.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): under EU consumer-protection law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital services without giving a reason, and to receive a refund. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that supply of the digital service (the credit balance) begins immediately on payment, and that once you use a credit to process an image, you expressly consent to immediate performance and lose your right of withdrawal for that credit. Credits that remain unused may be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
We may change prices for future purchases at any time; price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and to the images we generate for you.
You grant us, and our AI image-processing provider, a limited right to access, copy, and process your images solely to provide the Service to you — that is, to generate the edited image and deliver it back to you.
You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use and share it, and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our reasonable discretion.
The core background-replacement feature is powered by a third-party AI image-generation provider. By using this feature, your uploaded images are sent to that provider for processing in accordance with its applicable terms and data usage policies, and our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages, errors, content moderation decisions, or changes made by that provider or any other third-party provider we rely on to operate the Service.
If you link a Telegram account, the bot operates under these same Terms. Messages, photos, and commands you send to the bot are processed the same way as uploads through the web app and consume credits in the same way.
THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTPUT IMAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
