These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoShot — the website, web application, Telegram bot, ChatGPT integration, and connections from Cursor, Grok Bot, grok.com, and other MCP clients that register with AutoShot (together, the "Service") — operated by Hristo Lilkin ("we", "us", "our"), an individual based in Bulgaria currently operating as a sole trader. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use AutoShot, you must be 13 or older and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If applicable law does not allow you to accept these Terms or make a purchase yourself, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and handle the agreement or purchase as required by that law. By using AutoShot, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
AutoShot lets you upload photos of vehicles and uses third-party AI image-generation technology to replace the background with a studio backdrop. Output images are generated by AI, may vary in quality, and may not always be accurate or suitable for your purposes — you are responsible for reviewing results before using them.
Processing an image consumes credits. Credits can be purchased as one-time packs, as described on our pricing page, and are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your payment card details.
Prices are shown at checkout. All purchases are final once the credits are used.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): credits are added to your account immediately after payment so you can use the Service. If you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will refund credits that remain unused. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected.
We may change prices for future purchases at any time; price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and to the images we generate for you.
You grant us, and our AI image-processing provider, a limited right to access, copy, and process your images solely to provide the Service to you — that is, to generate the edited image and deliver it back to you.
You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use and share it, and that doing so does not violate any law or any third party’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our reasonable discretion.
The core background-replacement feature is powered by a third-party AI image-generation provider. By using this feature, your uploaded images are sent to that provider for processing in accordance with its applicable terms and data usage policies, and our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages, errors, content moderation decisions, or changes made by that provider or any other third-party provider we rely on to operate the Service.
If you link a Telegram account, the bot operates under these same Terms. Messages, photos, and commands you send to the bot are processed the same way as uploads through the web app and consume credits in the same way.
THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTPUT IMAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it directly.
Connecting AutoShot authorizes only the permissions you approve. Processing one photo uses one existing AutoShot credit; checking an existing job does not use another credit. Failed processing jobs refund the reserved credit. Availability also depends on the account entitlement and service limits.
The integration cannot purchase credits. With the separate settings permission, it can save your studio background and plate treatment as account defaults when you ask it to. Uploading a logo uses the AutoShot website. These setup steps are optional for background replacement.
AI results must be reviewed before use. License-plate treatment does not guarantee anonymization. Use vehicle photos and logos you have permission to process.
You may connect AutoShot from Cursor, Grok Bot, grok.com, or another MCP client that registers itself with AutoShot (dynamic client registration). The connection authorizes only the permissions you approve.
The connection can read your saved photo preferences and your recent processed photos. A photo you upload from the connected chat is stored in your private folder. Processing one photo uses one credit already on your account. If processing fails, that credit is refunded. The connection cannot buy credits.
Access tokens last 10 minutes. Refresh tokens last 30 days. A connection lasts up to 90 days. Disconnect it on your AutoShot account page to revoke access. A self-registered client that is never used is deleted after 30 days.
AI results must be reviewed before use. Use vehicle photos and logos you have permission to process.
